These Terms govern your use of the Snapdemy apps and services. By using Snapdemy, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the app.
1. Eligibility
You must be at least 13 years old to use Snapdemy. If you are a minor, you may use Snapdemy only with any consent required by law. During onboarding we check your age, and users who do not meet the minimum age cannot create an account or use the app.
2. Your account
You may use Snapdemy as a guest or sign in with Google or Apple. You are responsible for activity under your account and for keeping access to it secure. You must provide accurate information and may not impersonate others. You can delete your account at any time from Account → Delete account in the app. Deletion is permanent and removes your account and its associated content.
3. Subscriptions and purchases
- Snapdemy Plus is a paid subscription that unlocks additional features, available as monthly, quarterly, or annual plans.
- Purchases are processed by the Apple App Store or Google Play. Payment is charged to your store account at confirmation of purchase.
- Subscriptions renew automatically for the same period unless you cancel at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Any free trial converts to a paid subscription unless you cancel before the trial ends.
- You can manage or cancel your subscription in your App Store or Google Play account settings. Deleting the app or your account does not cancel a subscription.
- Except where required by law or by the store's policy, payments are non-refundable. Refund requests are handled by the store where you purchased.
4. Your content
You keep ownership of the content you submit. You grant us a limited license to host, process, and display it to provide and improve the service. You must have the rights to the material you upload and must not submit content that is unlawful or infringes anyone's rights.
5. Acceptable use
You agree not to misuse Snapdemy, including by attempting to access it without authorization, disrupting it, scraping it, using it to cheat on exams or violate academic-integrity rules, or using it for anything unlawful.
6. AI-generated results
Snapdemy uses automated AI systems to generate answers and study material. Output may be incomplete or inaccurate and is provided for study assistance only. It is not professional advice, and you should verify important information independently and use your own judgment.
7. Our intellectual property
Snapdemy, including its name, logo, software, and design, is owned by us and protected by law. These Terms do not grant you any right to our intellectual property except as needed to use the app.
8. Availability and termination
We may change, suspend, or discontinue parts of the service. We may suspend or end your access if you violate these Terms or if required by law. You may stop using Snapdemy at any time and delete your account in the app (Account → Delete account).
9. Disclaimers and liability
Snapdemy is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind to the extent permitted by law. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential damages, and our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded by law, and mandatory consumer rights are unaffected.
10. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms. If we make material changes, we will update the effective date and, where appropriate, notify you in the app. Continued use after changes take effect means you accept the updated Terms.
